Zefcolin Syrup 100ml is a 100ml amber glass bottle of oral syrup formulated for the symptomatic treatment of dry, non-productive cough associated with post-nasal drip, allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, or upper respiratory tract infections (URTI).

This multi-action formula suppresses cough via dextromethorphan hydrobromide (10mg/5ml), which acts on the brain's cough center; decongests nasal passages with phenylephrine hydrochloride (5mg/5ml) by constricting blood vessels; blocks histamine effects with cetirizine hydrochloride (5mg/5ml) to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose; and soothes irritation with menthol (1.5mg/5ml).

Flavored for palatability, it starts working quickly for temporary relief without addressing underlying causes. Suitable for adults and children over 2 years (dosage: 5-10ml 2-3 times daily, or as directed—use measuring cup provided), shake well before use. Store below 30°C, protected from light, away from children; check expiry.

Contraindicated in chronic cough (e.g., asthma) or with excessive mucus; use caution in hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate issues, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Avoid alcohol and MAOIs; may cause drowsiness—do not drive. Discontinue if symptoms persist beyond 5-7 days or worsen; overdose risks include severe dizziness or liver strain.
