Epimax Plus Moisturiser Dry 400g is a 400g tub of advanced, hypo-allergenic emollient cream tailored for severe dry skin conditions, providing long-lasting hydration and relief from discomfort.

This enhanced formula features cetomacrogol as a gentle emulsifier for smooth application, 10% glycerine to attract and bind moisture to the skin, and 10% vegan urea as a keratolytic agent to soften thick, rough patches and promote exfoliation.

Additional emollients like white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin help seal in moisture, while preservatives ensure stability. Free from fragrances and colors, it's suitable for daily use on adults and children over 2 years, applying liberally to affected areas 2-3 times daily or after bathing for optimal absorption.

Non-greasy and fast-absorbing, it reduces symptoms of eczema, psoriasis, and general xerosis without clogging pores. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from sunlight and children; check expiry.
